1) Service-Based Refunds

Our services involve time, resources, and professional expertise. Once a service has been initiated, processed, or completed, **refund requests will not be accepted**.

Refunds are only applicable if the service has **not been started** and no work has been initiated by our team.

2) Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of a service before work begins. Once the process or analysis has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

For subscription or recurring services, cancellation must be requested **at least 7 days** before the next billing cycle.

3) No Refund for Completed Services

For digital services (tax filing, documentation, processing, consultations, digital delivery, etc.), refunds are **not provided** once the service is completed or delivered.

Since results depend on the accuracy of information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect data from the user.

4) Payment Issues

If a payment is debited from your bank/card but not reflected on our portal, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, we will resolve the issue within 3–7 business days.

5) Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded back to the original payment method after verification. This process may take 7–10 working days.

6) Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within **7–14 business days**. Note: Time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
